Hello everyone, my name is Mr. Tierney and I aspire to teach at the high school level. Currently I am completing my teaching education in order to receive a credential in the content area of social science. I do plan on supplementing that with a math credential as well but I'll continue to focus on one step at a time. Other interests that i will pursue is possibly a coaching position in football and or an advisory role in academic decathlon or GSA.
My credential shall be active as of Summer 2012 and i will be on the job hunt soon. I plan to substitute teach and be on at least two district sub lists. I would like to sub at either of my clinical practice locations: Valley High School and Ocenside High School.
I have spent my entire life in San Diego and would like to stay here as a professional.
